VISIOTT TPS ACCAS-100 Aseptic Carton Case Aggregation Station automatically performs the aggregation of serialized products placed in cases without reducing line efficiency. By analyzing a sufficient number of 2D codes in the case with special vision inspection technology, matches the product data read with the case data obtained from the system and performs the verification process. The SSCC label is automatically applied to the product case that has been verified. The case is removed from the line by a specially designed rejection mechanism in case of incorrect label application, absence of a label, and product inconsistency in the case.

ACCAS-100 Aseptic Carton Case Aggregation Station is controlled by Line Manager (Level 2) software specially designed and developed by VISIOTT TPS. The software, which supports work order and product prescription systems following industry dynamics, is fully integrated with VISIOTT TPS Plant Manager (Level 3) software.
