Carton Serialization Station

VISIOTT TPS Carton Serialization Station is able to serialize every single product carton with thermal inkjet technology. The serialization process takes place in accordance with different global traceability regulations in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, medical devices, etc. If required, carton serialization might be implemented through different printing technologies (CIJ, Laser, etc.) 

The system reads the printed 2D code on the carton with an industrial high-speed camera and verifies it following the ISO 15415 standard. The result of the reading determines whether the carton will be verified or rejected. Rejected cartons are gently removed from the line with a pneumatic piston or air pressure.

VISIOTT Carton Serialization Station can serialize up to 400(*) cartons per minute. Its specially designed structure allows easy integration with high-speed lines. The station also verifies the human-readable text through OCR / OCV technology. In this way, the filled cartons are serialized with the highest security. ISS-100 Carton Serialization Station is designed for companies who want to save space & time.

VISIOTT TPS Line Manager (Level 2) software is specially designed and developed by VISIOTT TPS. 

VISIOTT TPS  Line Manager is fully integrated with VISIOTT TPS Plant Manager (Level 3) software for product tracking operations. Thanks to the integration, you can manage carton serialization operations under traceability regulations.
