Detail: With the decision taken in 2017, the Swiss Parliament decided to implement the Council of Europe Medicrime Convention. According to the content of this application, it is also suggested to enable applications for product safety according to FMD requirements. The Swiss Federal Office of Public Health has set the serialization requirements for traceability applications and adopted the GS1 standards.
