ACP performs fully automatic case packing operations within a single integrated system. Serialized products are transferred, grouped, stacked and placed into cases without any manual intervention. Its flexible and adjustable mechanical design allows seamless operation with different case sizes while maintaining high throughput.

The system automatically handles case feeding, product stacking and positioning using servo-motor-controlled mechanisms. Ready-to-pack serialized products are precisely grouped and inserted into cases, ensuring repeatable accuracy and stable packing quality throughout continuous production.

After products are placed into the case, ACP performs multiple Data Matrix decoding using high-resolution GigE vision inspection technology. The carrier unit label is automatically printed, verified and applied to the case by the system. Fully compliant with global traceability regulations such as DSCSA, EU-FMD and other international standards, ACP enables reliable and high-speed case packing operations with more than 300(*) cartons per minute.
