The main function of VISIOTT 360° Inspection System for Bottle Pre-Aggregation Station is to create a connection between the side code and helper code of each serialized bottle for next aggregation operations. A smart verification system reads the 2D DataMatrix codes on side labels of the serialized bottles at a 360° angle. It also reads visible and invisible helper codes printed on the cap or the bottom of the bottle. In addition, the system uses special lighting and timing algorithms to read all codes on the bottle simultaneously.
When the bottles are fed out of the station, a connection is created between the side code and the helper code of each bottle. We call this process pre-aggregation. If bottles miss helper codes, VISIOTT 360° Inspection System for Bottle Pre-Aggregation Station can optionally print them.
The serialized bottles are moved linearly by a conveyor specially designed for the pharmaceutical industry. During this process, the system prints a helper code on the cap or the bottom of the bottle. The rejected bottles are separated from the line into a reject bin. The system is capable of processing 300 bottles per minute.
360° Inspection System for Bottle Pre-Aggregation Station is controlled by Line Manager software which is specially designed and developed by VISIOTT. Line Manager supports work order and product recipe systems in accordance with the industrial dynamics and is fully integrated with the VISIOTT Plant Manager Software for Level 3 Track and Trace.
